🐾 Pet Policy 1 pet only* pet fee is $199 to be paid at booking. No Cats. Pet must be leashed on the river and outside the fenced backyard. Do not leave pet unattended inside or outside the home. No pets allowed on the floating mat — damage will result in replacement fees. Keep pet off furniture (beds, couches, chairs). Clean up after your animal — any excessive messes (fur, feces, urine) may result in additional charges or replacement of damaged items. Petmust remain with their owner at all times. Failure to follow these rules may result in fines or early cancellation. --- 🧼 Starter Essentials We provide a small starter pack of: Toilet paper Paper towels Hand soap Dish pods Trash bags --- 👥 Guest Policy All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Maximum occupancy: 7 guests (all must be pre-registered). No unregistered visitors allowed on the property. No parties or events — violations may result in early cancellation. --- 🌊 River Rules No wake zone — please drive responsibly. No alcohol allowed on the river. No anchoring, mooring, or beaching — you may receive a ticket. Be mindful of wildlife and leave no trash behind. --- 🚫 Property Rules No smoking indoors — $500 fine if violated. Do not tamper with WiFi or security cameras. Do not remove any furniture, floats, boats, or toys from the property without permission. No commercial photography or filming without prior approval. --- ⏰ Check-in / Check-out No early check-in requests, please. If available, a $25/hr fee applies and must be paid in advance. Late check-out (past 15 mins) without prior approval will incur a $50 fee or more if it extends past that time frame we adjust accordingly. We often have same day guests.

No anchoring or beaching vessels on the river; alcohol is prohibited. Each vessel must have a life jacket per person. Do not rearrange furniture or decor, as this may incur additional fees. No items may be taken off the property. The half bath is an outdoor enclosed shower (no toilet); the full bathroom is inside. No glitter, no water balloons, no chalk no slime*
