Our A-Frame Cedar Cabin is a true standout with two Cedar bedrooms, one accessible via a spiral staircase, and a master suite overlooking the water. The main bathroom features a waterfall faucet for a touch of elegance, and outside, you can enjoy the heated outdoor shower surrounded by nature's beauty. Pet Fee is $200. No larger then 20 lbs. Potty trained and well behaved pets a and non aggressive breeds. Please dispose of their waste. No pets on furniture or to be left in or at the home unattended. No long hair breeds. Pets must be leashed on river and when they are not in the back yard. NO pets allowed on the floating mat, or you will be charged for a new one. Starter packs of hygiene products are available. (Tp, paper towels, soap, dish pods, trash bags) All guests need to be preregistered. RIVER RULES: No wake zone No alcoholic beverages on the river. No anchoring, mooring, or beaching your vessel (subject to a ticket on the river) Please watch for wildlife and leave no trash behind. No parties or events allowed on property, and if guest do no abide by rules it may result in early cancelation. No smoking inside, if this happens you pay a $500 fine. Do not take any furniture, floats, boats or toys off the property without prior consent. commercial photography or filming please inquire before booking.

Pet Fee $200 . well behaved pups (2 max) who are up to date on their flea/tick/vaccinations will be welcomed( No cats). Must be potty trained. Pet accompanied at all times or crated. No pets on furniture. Please dispose of pet waste. If your pup sheds, please be kind and use the hand vaccuum to clean up after them.Fully fenced and gated back yard. If Damage incurs or extra cleaning is required there will be a penalty of $500. Undisclosed pets incur pet Fee. All guest must be preregistered. If you have unauthorized guest, or over capapcity this may in turn cause for cancelation. So not exceed guests on reservation. No parties, or loud music permitted. No anchoring, mooring or beaching any vessels on the river. No alcohol on the river, and each vessel must have a life jacket per person available. (enforced river rules) No rearranging furniture or home decor. This may be clause for extra fees. The half bath is shown in the listing photos, it is a outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water. (no toilet) full bathroom located inside the home.
